- wash out probes, prep for imaging: 3:00 pm
- imaging on STORM4
- branched the project2 into chromatin branch to get daxwriters
- updated daxwriters to 60 integration for beads
- need to commit changes still.

- spots nice and bright (especially for 5 kb)
- background actually extremely high in STORM, should try lower conc.
