- MP09_e data run finished. Set up MP01 data run (map nuclei and run unsupervised_dotfinding).
- Moving _nucdata.mat files into appropriate rawdata/subfolder instead of Enhancer_modeling data.
- New code: Plot_DotComps2_ConcDept_hb, uses entirely rewritten divide regs that now classifies missed nuclei expression rate based on distance from the edge of the pattern.
- More flipping fly stocks (still not finished)
- Shadow paper revisions. Sent back to ML and MP 12:40P
- Run MGa1x_b data through Unsupervised_DotFinding.
