RNAi prep
dsRNA template
- gel (should poor new gel, lanes running funny in old reheated gel.
- sample order:
- 1-8 = (Kc-DNA): Su(z)12, SCE, Ph-p, Ph-D, (YW-DNA): ESC, Su(Z)2, SCM, Pho
- 9-14 = Th, rho, Pc, Psc
- samples cleaned up and aliquoted into PCR tubes ready for T7 reactions on Sunday night.

Cell culture
- passaged cells into 4 75mm plates (2 for me and 2 for Bogdan)
