- Successfully formated 6TB drive for single partition readable by Mac and Linux systems: had to partition down to 2 TB on Mac to get drive recognized by Linux system. Then use Linux disk-utility with GUID (not the default) format option to reformat as a 6 TB NTFS drive. Now readable by Mac and Linux (and supposedly Windows, though I haven’t checked).
- Compare copy speed eSATA vs. USB 2.0. Number of files dramatically slows theoretically copy limit. eSATA still 2x faster.
- Working on double label and competition label control analysis.
- Selected 8 pnr tup double labeled embryos. Both channels high degree of background of different sorts
