- Washing out in situ probes
- Need to check filters before starting hybe reaction to see that embryos aren’t stuck to top filter.
- Can remove filter and aspirate off probe to reuse from bottom sample.
- Flip fly cages
- finish hot washes, start PBT washes, embryos in PBT 4th wash at 4C overnight
