- check 750 dye-efficiencies using STORM 2 lasers. Detailed observations recorded on Embryo_staining database.
- multi-histone label sample 2 looked alright by conv imaging on STORM, even 488-ftz is detectable.
- New microtome installed in lab, training 12-2P.
- Oven did not reset to 70C last night, samples only at 45, not polymerized. Reset to 70C and polymerized for 12 hours.

- O/N imaging of snail MP08 (slide 38 in staining database). First hour of calibration lost by substantial drift. 40x too small field of view for most embryo orientations, switched to 20x, reprogrammed positions. Some drift still observed. Sample running by 10P.
