- Test view of H3-Cy3B not look promising. Despite very promising conventional images.
- Illumination on Cy3B channel was not even, top of image substantially dimmer. Need to check this during STORM calibration acquisition!
- Incorporate STORM simulation movie into Fly meeting presentation. Matlab has improved movie generation and viewing. Still writing to avi file and compressing with Prism video File Converter app.
- Finalizing first draft of Fly Meeting presentation.
- Label more antibodies with STORM dyes (antibodies 47-56):
