- Make new and autoclave: 2x YT
- aliquot IPTG and X-Gal
- Transform and plate competent cells, 5:30 plates at 37C O/N. 300 uL per plate
- PCR with 5 min extension for Hox probes
- PCR with 3.5 min extension for en probes (plan to remake)
- code mRNA dot finding / and fitting from matlab to call insight for the fits. Need to automatically write .dax, .inf, and .ini files. Works.
- cut 3 slides of Pho K27 at 200 nm.
