- Shuttle to Med campus to see Xiaochen talk (White lab student interviewing for Perrimon / Bulyk labs)
- Very clean CTCF data. Should try this antibody in STORM
- Finalize ACS application. Submitted paper copy and FEDEX’d.
- Still need Stas’ recommendation to be uploaded before submitting electronic copy.
- Working on snail dynamics paper and re-jigging Fig 6 for Mike. Could use some better cc13 MP08 images which actually have decent nuclear channel staining for overlay.
- New Fly cages: MP09 and yw large cages.
- Flipped Gal4-Bcd3’UTR lines into 6 new bottles.
- Sorted homozygousing sna[D] MP12. Set up 6 new virgin crosses with darker red eyed flies, from previous cross that gives only red eyes (was still probably homo x het, since some flies are substantially orange. Labeled this line A. Also have line B and C homozygousing, probably greater fraction white loci though.
- Flipped Pc shRNA1, Pc shRNA2, Psc, and Esc shRNA lines into bottles.
- Remaining vials need attention.
- Need to flip fly stocks by Sunday
