10:00A -5:00P, 10:00P – 11:00P

  • Take PCRs out of thermocycler
  • Take bead images from STORM run
  • Check plates from transformation.  Pick colonies tonight if good.
  • All plates have lots of colonies, including negative control :(.
  •  Test gel of PCR cloning
