- STORM imaging. HP1-750 slide 1 not fully etched, only some nuclei switch. 1hr 15 min etching.
- STORM imaging Hp1-750 slide 2 over-etched, 750 switching great, 647 dye almost all lost, very weak by conventional and few switching cycles. Used fresh cold, anhydrous sodium ethoxide for 2hrs. Too much.
- Go for fresh sodium ethoxide for 1hr and check.
- Cutting new sections of 4H (H3 in 4 colors).
