- Finish O/N storm run
- Running H3 4-color STORM data processing on Cajal. Z-calibration analysis with autoZ script gives crazy results. Using previous parameter files for analysis.
- Zcal error created from system grabing data files instead of beads. Need to flag z-calibration files either by name or by source folder. Current implimentation on Cajal now searches for channel and ‘Z’ in the name to ID z-calibration data.
- Writing scripts to compare localization of different PcGs and different histones.
- Attempt to merge modEncode tracks of interest into single file to improve upload efficiency to UCSC browser.
- merge fails: objects to size first time.
- Objects to H3K4 track second time. This track continues fails to upload alone for the same reasons, maybe merge is okay. Deleted mitochondrial genome tracks, uploads fine.
- Check fly stocks: stocks at 16C look good — might be a bit stressed but growing very slowly.
- Bottle stocks in okay condition, moved to 21C incubator. YW MP09 moved to 16C (might need a week of recovery to get up to good levels again)
- Flipped homozygousing snail MP12 rescue lines.
- Bead calibration files should have their own Insight3 pars.ini files. Now initialized on Cajal.
