Fly work
- Flipped all Gal4-Bcd3’UTR lines into new bottles (8). Moved to 25C. Flip again in 2-3 days, start virgin collection in 10 days.
- New cages of MP09, yw, and Pc-GFP.
- Disposed all bottles of MP09 and yw, start new bottles from collection cage O/Ns.
- Start new bottles of Pc-shRNA1, Pc-shRNA2, Psc-shRNA1 (previous bottles crashed).
- GFP lines for en, eve, and Bcd, along with shRNA bottles now at 16 C.
Lab Meeting prep
- Extracting conventional images from dax files for all recent data.
- Running through slide organization.
