Troubleshooting STORM analysis code.
- Comparing photon counts from Yari and Hazen’s data to my data. Yari ~ equal my data (2% more photons in 647, 5,200 uncorrected). Hazen’s data has 7,000+ uncorrected (no Notch filters or quadview filters.
- Suspect that auto-recentering is screwing up the convergence of my automatic z-calibration.
- Tested with shu’s calibration data. Does not improve convergence. Fits remain somewhat close but now the crossing point / z-axis marches steadily off to one side with repeated iterated calibration runs.
