Enhancer modeling:
Adding explicit biochemical mechanisms for enhancer reading. Previous method had no restriction from molecular mechanism, but did assume all nuclei (considered in the 10% of nuclei making errors) were asked to tell the difference of plus or minus 10% of threshold levels (4.8 molecules/um^3). Most of these cells see far more bcd molecules though (more than 10x at the pole). The error rate among strict border cells is higher.
