- Collect virgin MTDs, E(spl) and sim[D]
- Collect male E(spl), sim[D] (none) and Scm. Su(Z)12 stock struggling, would be good choice for knockdown.
- Set up MTD x Psc (and MTD x Pc 3) in bottles for good expansion. these F1s –> collection cages. (Will need to separate out parents).
- Move to bottles: Act5-Gal4,
- New bottles of E(spl) and sim[D] (in case not enough virgin F1 from cross. need to cross females E(spl)/sim[D] to males double balanced on third for possible recombination).
- Evening virgin collection

- Revisions of kinetics paper and revised response to reviewers for ML
chromatin STORM analysis
- Modify STORMrender to save molecule lists, filters, and overlay from current view as well as image.
- Batch process of 8-16 AbdA data: nearest K27me3 within (?) 300nm from conventional dots inside nuclei. Compute number of localizations, size of region, other neighboring clusters.
- modified fxn_applyoverlay to work with bounding regions that extend beyond the edges of the overlay image.
- fixed bug in Get image context function used in overlay and patch process script.
- Setup Matlab STORM repo on Git.
