DNA FISH: Day1:
- reuse oligo-3R probe (30 uL, diluted into 30 uL of embryos
- 100 uL (1:10 dilution) of cy5-centromere dye in 100 uL of embryos
- 15 min denature at 80C, 10 min probe denature at 95C, mix
- and incubate at 37C O/N. In 1.5mL eppendorffs in ependorff heater/shaker.
