Setting up overnight run on confocal, multiple positions snail-y and snail endogenous (and nuclei). Quantify cell cell variation, variation in total mRNA, stability of yellow-snail-UTRs to endogenous snail, comparison of channels.
Run fails due to offset issues. Need to return to first location in the multiple locations, go to center tab in z-position (rather than first/last), set offset to 0, choose interval and stack number. Confirm positions. Make sure both tracks are checked for the final laser run.
