Coding image processing of single mRNA FISH
- added code to im_singlemolecule.m/fig identify duplicate dots in adjacent scans based on position
- can adjust based on intensity (further development)
- added OpenImageProcessing repository to github. Now tracking in notebook.
Confocal: try again 14 embryos snail expression and MP10>y expression. Overnight imaging started at 10P. 11:30P 1.25 images done.
