- Finish O/N STORM2 run of 2xcy5
- setup 512×512 imaging of cy5-405.
Cell culture
- Passage Kc167 cells. Dilute 1:3, transfer to larger culture vessel. Incubating at 28C.
- Apparent density rather low — hopefully when the cells settle it’s back in the target range.
