STORM
- attempted TCEP 750 imaging (failed last night due to un-reproducible error with quadview)
- 750 is bright now but very few switching dyes.
- loads of brightly switching Cy5 dyes suggest that buffer is alright. Maybe I should remake (again) the 750 antibodies…
Probe testing and development
- ordered 14 bp LNA probes complementary to P1 tail with internal amine modifications to attach dyes to.
