my initial impressions:
- Sample 1 has the fewest localisations.
- Sample 3 is more responsive to 405, but has less localisations than previous BX-C stains.
- Sample 5 has the highest background and more localisations
My predictions are that:
Sample 1 is unlabeled primary, cy5 secondary.
Sample 3 is 405 primary, cy5 secondary
Sample 5 is cy5 primary, cy5 secondary
