- O/N STORM lost focus early in night :(. Reset focus, got a few more cells during 4.5 hour lab meeting.
- Replaced buffer on chiseled PhF slide. Setting up to image O/N.
chromatin project
- received 10kb size HiC data from Li Li.
- Script failed to execute all 40 probe regions (stopped at 9 had small bug in code). Now designing probes for remaining regions.
Shu project
- stain embryos for deep imaging with Shu tomorrow.
limb bud
- received word from Aysu, plan discussion meeting sometime this week.
- starting to record sequences at 4C contacted enhancers in limb bud. Should also get intervening sequences.
