- finish O/N STORM of Pc and Ph-flag in wt Ph-flag background
- set up O/N STORM of S2 Pc.

- rerun probe data
- determine number of primers from Jeff list that will be clean in Drosophila. looks workable.
- 50 – 65 K probes for current 40 targets. Should probably add a few, we’re into the 92K library range and not using everything yet in terms of primers or probes.
