- need to use quadview to use 750, don’t have correct filters in bypass to cancel out IR beam or whatever.
- Cy7 gt IgG2 x m works well.
- set up new stains: S2, Ph-wt and Ph-M for both Pc and Psc. will plan to use this antibody for anti-flag secondary tomorrow.
