Probe making
- skipping RNA clean-up does not work
- Gel lanes: Purified RNA G2,G3. No primer G2,G3. Raw T7 RNA: G2,G3
- concentrations a bit low, not very high primer incorporation.
- ladder re-anneals as it cools, rest all looks like good single-stranded DNA.
- concentrations:
- given that 2R and 3R are basically all primer, true concentration of 2P and 3P must be 100-200 ng/uL.
