• Run gel to test RT reactions from plate-based T7 (complete)
• second proof read of review article, prepare to submit (not complete)
• STORM imaging (complete)

Review

• started rereading and editing replies to reviewers.

Results

• E6, E7, E10, F6 with P1 common. Then E6, E7, E10, F6 with 405 40bp probe.

• image E8 sample
• stain not as strong / signal to background not so good
• dyes not as bright as original tests with COT. Let’s try new Glox? (wasn’t that old, ~9/2).
