Deep Sequencing Data Processing
- savepaths got screwed up. Data saved with wrong name in wrong place and overwritten.
- Attempting to fix this issue with some new general codes
- Either c05 got contaminated with some of the pools prior to adding the adapters or these small libs have difficulty amplifying. Not sure if this is actually c05
- Found at least 1 sequence with Black region internal sequence according to mapping label but c05 primer sequence.
General Coding
- writing modified version of save to
- Avoid overwriting data without warning
- Let the user know where the file is actually being saved
- Handle conflicting names by prompting the user to overwrite or by automatically increasing the filenumber
- Tried to combine this into save and saveas. Not so easy to use save in a new function because we have to pass it all of the variables.
- I suppose one could save to scratch and load from scratch. — not really because the original save to scratch needs to happen before the function call.
OligoPaints project organization
- Renamed ChromatinColors folder as Library1
- cleaned up OligoPaintProbes folder (removed project2 folder which should be in project2, consolidated primer stuff).
