3:ooP Finish ON confocal, vertical drift lost most of stack of MP06 Hz embryos :(.

7:00 P — 10:00P Setup ON confocal, MP05Hz (from 6/20) offset 8.5 um, warmup 1.25 hrs, still drifted. Maybe too long refinding embryo planes and running sample scans. use more aggressive vertical offset (5 or 6).
