- set up imaging of L3D10-6 D11-7. raw data look good
- computer still laggy but usable
- laser could use some centering field of view not flat.
Setting up Matlab Fiji
- download fiji
- fiji already has links for Miji (matlab imageJ/fiji integration) in
\Fiji.app\scripts - just go to indicated folder and see the Matlab3DViewerIntroduction files
- for the Install Java3D part, go to Matlab and grant full control to Users to the Matlab source folder.
