Too many little tasks

  1. order new RAID hard drive enclosure and disks
  2. analyze new data for project 2
  3. adding plotting functions to new pipeline for project 2 — aborted
  4. break down STORM2 run
  5. record new chromatic beads on STORM2
  6. Jeff and Hazen fixed focus lock delays. Yay!
  7. meeting prep.
  8. finish building new library
  9. Arrangements for Windows updates on STORM2.

  • LM requests to reschedule
  • prepping slides
  • review slides with Bogdan
  • review slides with XZ

Library building

  • several genes got duplicated. Need to write a code to find the duplicates (about 100 of the 36,000+) and remove these from NewProbeData.
