- use old RNA probes as control (should probably make fresh RNA)
- try Xu/Golding protocol (much better detailed than Little/Gregor protocol)
- imaging 15 kb domains of BX-C in embryos of unpaired loci
- post brief acid treatment + 90C denature.
- nice bright staining
