  • Finish ON confocal.  Data acquisition looks good, 10 embryos finished.
  • Rerunning unsupervised dot counting with higher threshold to reduce noise in y channel on MP09_c.  (matched .05 filter rather than .02).
  • Layout for lab-meeting.
