9:40 A -3:30 p Finish ON confocal.  Data acquisition looks good, 10 embryos finished. Rerunning unsupervised dot counting with higher threshold to reduce noise in y channel on MP09_c.  (matched .05 filter rather than .02). Layout for lab-meeting.
