- Update data on MP10_sna18, run v3 through analysis. Changing threshold indeed does not substantially alter counts. keep v4.
- Working on sna plotting. Plotting distributions of mRNA transcript counts among cells for each embryo.
- Analyze sna2.8Hz data — very suggestive, softened borders.
- Data summary plots of snail, both yellow and rescues (see posts). Ready to start laying out figures.
- Processing MP05Hz 22C data.
