- wt collection: 2-4, 2.5-4.5 hr, 4.5-6.5 hr, 1 -4.5
- write matlab script to convert dax files to averaged pngs (for conventional images)
- use Fiji feature alignment to align cytoplasmic channel from histone-labeled embryo sectioning.
- check stains, no obvious Ubx, AntP, en, tou, E(Pc) staining on GA fixed embryos. MP07 formaldehyde fixed embryos look fine. Try again. Interestingly H3K27 stain still looks good in slide 2. Not very detectable on slide 1.
- take more images from temporal series with H3K27.
- New fly bottles: sna[D], yw, MP08-from plates.
