- write script to extract nuclei from cytoplasmic localized mRNAs (sog and snail). Extract nuclei for s05_MP08_b.
- first pass dot counting for s05_MP08_b and for snaD_b. Data not analyzed yet.
- cutting samples on ultratome: Antp, AbdA and bcd.
- STORM imaging of s07_MP09. Trying to get 3D superresolution structure of broad transcriptional foci. Can locate foci in consecutive 100 nm sections. difficulty imaging. Attempting O/N run started ~11P.
