- continue embedding of bcd/ftz/K4 protein/RNA multiplex stains — onto 50:50 resin:EtOH
- Cut sections: en-flu and AbdA, at both 100 nm and 50 nm. (7hrs). good ribbons, need a way to add water back to bath to compensate for evaporation. Increasing humidifier should help. Humidifier out of water = sections don’t stick together at all, zero.
