WGA labeling membrane in 100 nm section. little Hb detected (red stain mostly background).
en-dig stains well with H3K27. just need to cut it better.
AbdA (red) and Ubx (green) do not label many nuclei. Not a good target for now. H3K27 still labeling alright (blue from 405:647).
