- labeling primary anti-histone antibodies (see Alistair_STORM_dyes log): pan-H3, H3K4me3, H3K27me3, and H3K27ac. Need to filter Ac and K27 through column before binding. Also filtered H3 and K4 — dilutes sample sufficiently to allow for multiple subsequent labeling reactions from the same initial tube of antibody.
