- Updating antibody concentration calculations using correct Cy3B details from JV
- GD and JV have different stats for Cy5.
- low concentrations make labeling ratios inaccurate. Ordered protein concentrating vials (vivaspin 500).
- Ordered more Dm0 ADL84 to add direct labels in different channels for color alignment.
- Tris buffer is incompatible with dye labeling reaction (Millipore K27me3 antibody is in Tris). Glycerol in H3Ac antibody may impact reaction too (?).

- proposal needs major overhaul. Lacks substantial detail of what will be done. Should be question, to answer question I will do X. i.e. to determine methylation state I will use methyl-specific antibody (this is not obvious if you dont’ know methyl-specific antibodies exist).
- Aims need to be linked together, bot to each other, and this needs to give rise to a coherent subsequent picture.
- Many sentences too long. Many details unclear.
