Coding
- Wrote new script to convert conv movie .dax files to tif image files, including CMYK and RGB-C format.
- converting chromatic correction into a function call.
- Write code to analyze .drift files and correct all movies to the same point.
- combine 4 channel drift correction, chromatic correction and 3D dax2tiff into single matlab script.
