- Confocal: embedded en-E(Pc)-tou-H3 sample does indeed have good intronic staining. Not many 330 nm sections happen to contain the locus. Plenty but still a minority of cells are clearly transcribing E(Pc). So most sections are useless, need to screen more. Also makes it difficult to ID en-stripes when there’s only one or two dots per section rather than a whole row.

- Imaging Psc K4 sample. 750 line substantially out of alignment. Not good for imaging. 🙁
- New 642 line works pretty well.
- 488 beam needs some attention.
