- Fix yw and MP09 embryos –> in 30% sucrose O/N. Freeze in cryo medium and 30% sucrose 2:1 over dry ice tomorrow.
- oligo stain round 5: add 50uL probe to 50 uL GFP embryos, denature together at 95C for 8.5 min. O/N at 37C
- shooting beads between runs on STORM2. Setup O/N Pc-GFP run.
