- STORM4 imaging microtubules and 3D beads. Stage drifts rapidly (including between switching runs) unless joystick is set just right (slight tilt to left).
- Day 3 labeling embryos. Joint directly labeled primaries K27me3, H3, and Dm0.
- coding: Fixed final bugs in running composite vector based analysis script. Dave skips some movies in bead acquisition (file is there, .dax file is empty). Maybe just a problem with shorter bead movies? Increase back up to 20 frames?
- Meeting with Xiawoei. Need to work out hypotheses and background better for the replication association project.
