- Overwrote Bead1 data with Bead2 acquisitions…
- Instability in z-calibration: uncertainty bounds of zr and other parameters increase with iterations instead of decrease!
- Load zcal mollists and plot ave (z) position after tilt correction as a function of time as a way of testing fit (this is probably already being plotted)
- 40 nm 540 beads bleach in first few frames. Need to change substantially imaging conditions. Use low laser power, fit quality still good (Ke).
