- Make new bead slide with 40 nm 540 beads and 100 nm IR beads.
- Finish O/N STORM run and shoot beads.
- Fixed issue with 3D bead mapping not mapping IR and Vis 647 channels together.

- forgot to increase 750 back to 40 Amps, 750 switching slow. Also left 647 at 110 mW. 🙁
