- DNA FISH works for oligo-STORM probes and centromere probes. 488 probes don’t seem to have worked. Should use at higher conc. and order some cy5 labeled nucleotides.
- # 715-beads cross-talk into 647 channel during 540 bead imaging with 100 nm 540 beads (can also see in 647 channel). Should subtract positions before matching molecules.
