- Etching s6: 5E-dig, AbdB-bio. K27-647 looks good on Turnkey. Etched 22 min in second use of sodium ethoxide (at 22C for 2 weeks, now dark brown).
- Review knife care with KE. (Trimming knife was badly chipped during session on Friday. Other knives are out for resharpening. This means no more trimming.)
- STORM imaging of 5E-dig, AbdB-bio. 750 bleaching very-slowly… sections too thick? not enough BMe? Lots of H3 Dm01…
- 647 switches fast, some sections have background, doesn’t look like resin. Probably just a very high 750 labeling density.
- Found some good 5E loci / embryos. 750 switching nicely. 488-AbdB not looking so good.
