- in vitro transcription reactions in DNP of hox probes:
- updated in vitro transcription sheet to do more of the computations of dilutions automatically. Might need some tweaks on counting number of samples.
- Out of T7. Ordered 5x strength SP6 and T7 from Promega.
- Take probes out of 37C into -20 (just under 4 hrs rxn)
- # try 750 beads illuminated with strong 488 laser without 561 beads (equally bright in all channel?)
- # try tetraspec beads in IR?
- attempting code modifications to fxn_BeadWarp3D to filter out blead through from IR beads into visible channels.
